Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return details and instructions on where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Order Issues
We ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
If a package is lost and a replacement is offered, a refund will not be issued—especially if the loss was due to customer negligence (e.g., repeated failed delivery attempts without rescheduling). If a reshipment is provided at no additional cost, it will serve as the resolution instead of a refund.
In cases where the loss was due to customer error, such as providing an incorrect shipping address, and the customer refuses a reshipment, a refund request will be denied.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to place a new order and return the original item following our return process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.
